Fear
of Driving by Daniella
Brodsky is to be released April 3, 2007
|
|
What
is a family? Can you escape the things
that connect you to yours? That's what Ruby
Reynolds wants to know, in the April release
of Fear Of Driving
by Daniella Brodsky
(Berkley Trade Paperback Original; April 3,
2007).
After years of staying put in NYC with an emphasis
on distancing herself from her mother-who dragged
her clear across the country by way of a childhood,
without ever telling Ruby who her father was
and what they were running from-Ruby has met
someone she wants to marry, someone with whom
she hopes to create the kind of "normal"
life she always wanted. The only problem is,
now that she's left the city life behind, all
her worst fears are stirred up.
|
| She
has to learn to drive, though this symbolizes
so many frightening possibilities about her family
history, and she has to learn to make peace with
who she really is. But as Ruby blossoms into life,
both on the road and in her heart, creating a
family of her own along the way, can
she ever truly come to terms with herself? |

Sandra
Marton is delighted to announce that she
has just agreed to sign another multi-book contract
for Harlequin Mills and Boon. The contract is for a
short story and a new Presents
trilogy. The story (no title yet) will be the lead title
for a special Mills and Boon Anniversary collection
in 2008.
Sandra is honored to be asked to write it. Her trilogy
proposal, which she's very excited about, concerns three
sexy sheikhs. She hasn't come up with names for the
individual books as of now but the overall title of
