Directions

• Take exit 7 toward Rte. 17, Portland (left hand exit)
• Follow this highway for a short distance until it ends and becomes Main Street.
• Keep straight through the traffic light.
• Go two more traffic lights and take a RIGHT onto High St. (across from the restaurant called Hopewell 1 2 3)
• Go to the end of High St. and the library will be down on the right. Park anywhere on any of the streets right by the library.

• Take Rte. 17 North through Portland and into South Glastonbury.
• When you come to the Nayaug section of Glastonbury look for the traffic light just past Gardner's Market. Take a LEFT onto High St. at this light. Library is at the end of the street on the right.

• Follow Rte. 5 south all the way down through Connecticut and into Glastonbury. (Rte 5 becomes Main St., Glastonbury)
• Continue following Main St until you come to the intersection with Rte. 17. Turn RIGHT at the light to continue on Main St.
• Go to the second traffic light and turn RIGHT onto HIGH St. (across from the restaurant called Hopewell 1 2 3)
• Go to the end of High St. and the library will be on the right.

From Rte. 2 Westbound

• Take Exit 10/Rte. 83 exit
• Turn right onto 83
• Then turn LEFT onto Quarry Rd.
• Quarry Rd. crosses over New London Turnpike and becomes Chestnut Hill Rd.
• Continue on Chestnut Hill Rd.
• Turn LEFT onto Main St., Rte. 17
• Turn RIGHT onto High St. (High St. is at a traffic light and across from Hopewell 1 2 3 Restaurant)
• South Glastonbury Public Library, 80 High St. will be way up on the right side.
