  2. Copy the form found below the red line and paste it into the email. Fill in the form.
  3. Make your payment by clicking Paypal and using CORWTreasurer2010@gmail.com as the recipient.
  4. Click Send when you have made your PayPal Payment.

  1. Open a Word document or Notepad.
  2. Copy the form found below the red line and paste it into the document.
  3. Fill in the form*. Print the completed form and mail it with your check to:

  4. Also, it is important that in addition to mailing your registration form and check, that you also email us to let us know you are sending your payment via US Mail.
